Registration is now open for the 2012 - 2013 MCAT Prep Course.

Registration is now open for the 2012-2013 MCAT Prep Course.  You must be a current UW-Madison student to take this course.  The course runs October through April and meets twice a week in the evenings.

To register, please fill out and submit the following form. Please note that the course cost is $575. A $100 non-refundable deposit is due June 29, 2012; the tuition balance of $475 is due August 31, 2012. A limited number of partial tuition remissions are available to students who qualify for financial aid. If you apply and are offered tuition remission, the total cost of the course is $350.00. Classes will run from October 2012 to April 2013 and meet twice a week--most likely Monday and Wednesdays from 6:00-8:30 pm, yet days and times may be subject to change.     The Center for Pre-Health Advising will offer a limited number of partial tuition remissions to students who qualify based on their financial need. For these students, course tuition will be a total of $350.00. Tuition remission recipients are still required to submit a $100.00 non-refundable deposit and pay the remaining $250.00 by August 31, 2012.

    Fill out this section only if you are applying for partial tuition remission for this course.

  • Do you receive financial aid from UW-Madison?

  • Do you give the Center for Pre-Health Advising permission to check your record with the Office of Student Financial Services?


Tuition Remission Application Submission
  • After submitting this application, please bring the following documents into our office:

    • A copy of your financial aid award letter from UW-Madison
    • A copy of your Student Aid Report
      (On My UW, print out your financial aid award information. Make sure this includes the amount of your family’s expected contribution)
  • You will hear from the course coordinator in early July about whether you will receive the partial tuition remission.
